Lydia currently serving as the 32nd President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc., and the 3rd Woman in its 73-year history

Lydia M. Pope has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1995 and is currently President & Female business owner of Two Real Estate Companies in Cleveland, Ohio: E&D Realty and New Era Real Estate Group. She is also a Property Manager and Female General Contractor.

Lydia’s Passion for Education & the Dream of Homeownership for Blacks has allowed
her to operate TWO Housing Counseling Offices; Cleveland and Detroit, MI for NID Agency A HUD Approved Counseling Agency focusing on Financial Literacy.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Communications from Cleveland State
University and her Master’s in Business Administration with a specialty in Project Management.

Lydia continued her education in business by obtaining her MBE (Minority Business
Enterprise), SBE (Small Business Enterprise), DBE (Disadvantage Business Enterprises)
& WBE (Women Business Enterprise) Certifications.

Lydia has served on boards of Local and National organizations such as; President of the Cleveland Realtist® Association, President of the National Women’s Council of NAREB, Advisory Board of NID HCA non-profit, Alumni of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cleveland, Past Board member of Mt. Pleasant Merchants Association, Past Board Member of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland, Advisory Committee of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Certified Property Manager of the Real Estate Management Brokers Institute and many other committees and boards.

November 2022, Lydia Pope took on project to Manage the Judge Sara J. Harper Village a 12-unit facility designed for low-income female veterans with children a 2M Investment in the Glenville Community. She is also receiving the Shirley Chisholm Trailblazer Award for her dedication and work around Affordable Housing and Homeowner from the National Congress of Black Women Greater Cleveland Chapter.

Lydia Pope currently serves alongside her husband Pastor LeNard E. Pope Sr., who is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Greater Fellowship Assembly in Cleveland, Ohio and Mantalk Inc. a non-profit 501c3 organization whose focus is to counsel and minister to Men both in the community and in the prisons. Together they have four adult children.
